Finite Visual Filming Protocols During Executive Order 107
Firstly, thanks to all of our clients and potential clients who have reached out to see if we are still working. And we are glad to be able to say that yes, we are working within the guidelines of NJ Executive Order 107 and look forward to helping our clients during the very unusual and difficult time.
Here is our protocol for real estate property videos:
- The house is to have no one inside while we are inside. We can do a walk through with the realtor prior to the shoot to discuss which rooms to film, or an email or phone call prior will suffice.
- Before we walk into the house we will wash our hands with hand sanitizer and put on face masks.
- The areas to be filmed within the house should be camera-ready and 100% ready to go with lights on, any gas fireplaces to be filmed working, etc. so we will not need to touch anything in the house but for our gear.
- But what that means is if for example there is a garbage can visible in the room we will film the room with the garbage can visible – so please make sure everything is ready to go, all clutter away, etc
- If we do end up touching anything we will wipe it down with disinfectant wipe, and that includes the door on our way out.
- We will text/call you when done.
For corporate/business videos we are able to work in a very nimble way, with minimal crew and should be able to operate within the guidelines for most shoots. We will be happy to discuss your project with you to discern how we can accomplish that with you. Just reach out to us to get started.
Our goal is to continue to provide our services as needed, while keeping all of our clients, team members, and community healthy. Please reach out to us with any questions.
Thank you.
